The event included attendance by city officials and a donation by the assisted living and memory care residence to the Arlington Police Department
Caddis recently held a grand opening for the 81-unit, 67,000 square foot Heartis® Arlington senior living community at 3424 W. Interstate 20 in Arlington, part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
The assisted living and memory care community was developed and is owned by Caddis and managed by Portland, Ore.-based Frontier Management. In addition to Caddis executives and Heartis Arlington staff, Arlington Mayor Jeff Williams, Mayor Pro Tem Sheri Capehart and representatives from the Arlington Police Department attended the event. Heartis Arlington also presented a donation to the police department on behalf of the community.
Caddis CEO Jason Signor said Heartis Arlington offers the “best of all worlds” for local seniors and their families.
“Heartis Arlington is surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods and scenic outdoor views, plus it’s conveniently located near major transportation and world-class healthcare services including the HCA Medical Center of Arlington,” notes Mr. Signor.
“The community offers a great new living option for local seniors,” adds Lana Medina, Caddis Development Manager. “Residents benefit from the assistance of caring professional staff; fun, daily activities; and resort-like yet value-oriented amenities.”
